Here are some photos of the installation of the Celebrate Reuse Pop Up at Art Lab this weekend. The opening reception is tonight from 6-9. Wear your most fabulous reuse outfit and hang and weave, or make a sculpture with some cool repurposed items in the back. I also have a huge loom set up so you can sit and weave a spell. The exhibit will be open all weekend, along with a Rope making workshop taught by yours truely on Sunday at 1:00.

Celebrate Reuse!
Celebrate Reuse! is a creative reuse Pop-Up in the Art Lab of Fort Collins, consisting of a ReUse Art Show and other activities featuring predominantly recycled, repurposed, and rescued materials. The event is 5-days, October 16-20th, and is free and open to the public. The intent is to inspire and amuse, as well as build support for a local creative reuse center (CRC).
I will have work in the show as well as helping create community weaving project on site using recycled materials. Come by on Friday October 17th from 6-9 pm for the opening reception. Or visit the Art Lab on Sunday from 12-5 to learn how to make coiled baskets and weave a bit on the community project!
