I am currently working on a Artist in Education residency through the Maryland State Arts Council. This residency is at Cedar Lane School in Howard County. This school is for developmentally disabled students. I cannot tell you how much I am enjoying my time there. The students are a population I have never worked with before, but they respond to the felting projects in such a unique way. I am lucky to be working with Gena Luoma the Art teacher at Cedar Lane, she is a true spirit. I am learning so much from all of the staff at Cedar lane. I will post more pictures as I get them.
